Lianyungang Ocean Liquid Loading & Unloading Machine Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary company of China Ocean Shipping Corporation(COSCO), which is specializing in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance service of liquid loading and unloading equipments. She located in a place near the Lianyungang port which has a convenient transportation.
      The registered capital of our company are about 500 millions yuan ( which is directly belonging to COSCO and solid in investment, development and financial recourses). Now there are more than 300 stuffs in our company and 90 of them are technician, who all have college diploma and 50 of them are engineers and senior engineers. The total area of our company is about 50 thousands sq.m, in which there are four workshops. Now we have three series of products and mainly serve for petroleum、chemical、army 、aviation、municipal and other oil & gas storage and transportation industry. The annual production value is over 60 millions yuan, the twin seal guide way valve、marine loading arm、land loading and unloading arm are respectively possessed 80%、80% and 40% of the total market quotient in china, and we have the qualification of SINOPEC、CNPC、CAOSC. Since 1997, the loading arms and the twin seal guide way valves used in the projects invested by the foreign oil and gas corporation are almost made in our company. We have supplied equipments and service for ESSO、SHELL、TOTAL、ArC、ELF、BP、Basf and others.
      It is specially noted that the twin seal guide way valve is designed and manufactured according to API, and it has won the award of our province and municipality.
      From the beginning of her setting up, we have processed the production strictly according to the ISO9001, and have received the certificate of ISO9001(the number is 0200A0162) issued by China Ship Classification Society. For promoting the product quality to a new level, the twin seal guide way valve was attested by API 6D and was checked by the American Petrochemical Institute in 2001, and then won the API6D certificate(the number is:6D-0416). The ERC of the marine loading arm has got the Chinese patent. The number is ZL01 272472.6
